Managing customers vaulted cards

DTPayments gives you the option to vault cards to use in the future for card not present, and recurring payments.   The cards are stored at the processor, and full card numbers are never viewable after they are saved.   This reduces your PCI risk and provides a safer card environment.

To see and manage patients vaulted cards open the customer module, search for the patient, and click on their name.  This will open to the main customer view and account vault tab.   Clicking on a vaulted card will give you the following modal window:

You will then have options to:

• Edit the card number
• Edit the Name on the card
• Update or change the expiration date
• Set the card as primary, which will make it the first selection when using the card for card not present, and recurring payments.
• Delete the card from the vault
