Getting setup to take website payments
Taking payments on your website gives customers the convenience of paying you when it's convenient for them. This ability is included for free with every DTPayments account. If you have not received your website payment link, simply contact us and we will be happy to get the information you need.
You will be provided with a link similar to this:
Simply give this code to your webmaster, and you will instantly have the ability to take payments via your website for your patients.
Posting a website Payment
Once your link is live, you may start receiving payments. These payments will show up on your payment reports daily. You will recognize website payments on the report when the source says "Payment Link" under the source. In the memo field, you will have information for Patient Name, and Chart Number. Simply record this information into your practice management system.
